  Tektronix TLP058 FlexChannel Logic Probe

  TLP058 is a FlexChannel general-purpose 8-channel logic probe for use with the 5 Series (MSO54, MSO56, MSO58, MSO58LP) and 6 Series (MSO64) oscilloscopes. The TLP058 FlexChannel® logic probe connects the Tektronix 5 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes (MSO54, MSO56, MSO58, MSO58LP) to digital buses and signals on your device under test (DUT). The probe contains 8 data channels. You can connect the TLP058 logic probe to any FlexChannel oscilloscope input channel.

  • 8 digital input channel
  • 100Kohm ±1.0% input resistance
  • 3pF input capacitance
  • 400mV p-p minimum input signal swing, ±40V threshold voltage
  • 1ns minimum detectable pulse width and 500MHz maximum input toggle rate
